Dayton Valley Days Calendar of Events
Dayton Valley Days — September 17 & 18, 2011
12 Noon — DV Days Check-In
Check-in and set up for DV Days Booth Vendors. Vendors need to check-in at Pike Street and set up from Noon until dark in assigned spaces.
7 to 10 a.m. — Pancake Breakfast (Community Center)
Enjoy a hot breakfast before the celebrations begin! Look for the tent in front of the Community Center and "chow-down" on a delicious pancake breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m.
8 a.m. — Vehicles Removed, Auction Donations
All vehicles must be moved from the Main Street area, including Gates St. and all parking lots belonging to businesses in the area.
Silent Auction donations must be at the registration booth by 8:00 a.m.
8:30–9:30 a.m. — SIGN-IN: DV Days Parade & DV Car Club Show-N-Shine
Parade entries will stage North of Blue Stone Building (Court house). Check-in and sign-up will be from 8:30.a.m. to 9:30.a.m. on Saturday. Sign-up/ check-in and staging area for DV Car Club's Gold Creek Show-N-Shine is at Our Park.

9 a.m. to 5 p.m. — Dayton Valley Days Events, Booths, Games, Parade, more...
DV Days Parade, Children's Games (sponsored by the Boys & Girls Club), vendor booths and more will be available throughout the day.
9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. — Boomerang’s Silent Auction
Check out the auction items throughout the day and bid on your favorites. Auction results will be announced at 4:30 p.m.
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. — Child Find by Lyon Country Sheriff’s Office and VIP’s
Check in with the LCSO's "Child Find" if you are looking for a lost child or find a child separated from his/her parents during the day.
10 a.m. — DV Days Parade Begins
Parade runs along Main Street and ends at Pike Street near Terrible's Casino.
10 a.m. to 4 p.m. — Gold Creek Show-N-Shine Car Show
The Dayton Valley Car Club Gold Creek Show-N-Shine car show will be along Main Street during the parade and after the parade until 4 p.m. Saturday only.
11 a.m. to 3 p.m. — 1st Annual Chili Cook-Off — People's Choice Tasting
The 1st Annual Chili Cook-Off is sponsored by the Boys & Girls Club of Mason Valley (Dayton Units) and features "People's Choice Tasting" during the event with results announced at 3:30 p.m.

1 p.m. — Civil War Reenactment Battle Skirmish – Pradere Ranch
Looking for a little "action"? Then you need to mosey on over to the Pradere Ranch to see a reenactment of a Civil War era battle skirmish... if you miss the 1 p.m. show, there is a second battle skirmish at 4 p.m.
3:30 p.m. — Results of the 1st Annual Chili Cook-Off
Drop by and see the results of the Chili Cook-Off.
4 p.m. — Civil War Reenactment Battle Skirmish – Pradere Ranch
Looking for a little "action"? Then you need to mosey on over to the Pradere Ranch to see a reenactment of a Civil War era battle skirmish... if you miss the this final show, there is another battle skirmish at 1 p.m on Sunday.
4:30 p.m. — Boomerang’s Silent Auction — Results
Stop by for the results of Bommerang's Silent Auction.

1 p.m. — Reenactment Battle Skirmish – Pradere Ranch
Mosey on over to the Pradere Ranch to see the final reenactment of a Civil War era battle skirmish.
2 p.m. — Boomerang’s Silent Auction — Results
Stop by for the results of Bommerang's Silent Auction.
